The term of business registration in Ukraine is from 2 days (if VAT registration is not needed) up to 21 day (if VAT is needed). Non-ukrainian companies and foreign citizens can be shareholders of Ukrainian limited liability company. One UAH - is the minimum amount of share capital. From 1 to 100 can be the quantity of shareholders. Consider that You don't need to come to Ukraine for company formation. All needed actions can be done under a power of attorney.
